AN ACT

 

appropriating monies to the university of Arizona; relating to University of Arizona medical center.

 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona: Section 1. Appropriation; university of Arizona; regional medical center; Yuma; intent A. The sum of $7,000,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal year 2025-2026 to the university of Arizona to construct a regional medical center in the city of Yuma. B. The legislature intends that the appropriation made in subsection A of this section be considered ongoing funding for the maintenance and operation of the regional medical center in future years. 

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; university of Arizona; regional medical center; Yuma; intent
