LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST ACR 21, Obernolte. Rim of the World Veterans Memorial Highway. This measure would designate a specified portion of State Highway Route 18 in the County of San Bernadino as the Rim of the World Veterans Memorial Highway.
