Section 69503.5 is added to the Education Code, to read:69503.5. Any public or private institution of higher education that offers a baccalaureate degree program, provides career placement and job search services to students, and receives state funds for student financial assistance shall provide the same level of career placement and job search services to any person who has received a baccalaureate degree at that institution for five years after the person receives his or her baccalaureate degree. The services shall be provided at no cost to the person.
