Army Specialist Juan Miguel Mendez Covarrubias Memorial Highway.This measure would designate a specified portion of State Highway Route 198 in the City of Hanford in the County of Kings as the Army Specialist Juan Miguel Mendez Covarrubias Memorial Highway.
