| 54 | 54 | | the vehicle and the vehicle is locked;19 |

| 55 | 55 | | (b) A permittee who is employed or retained by contract by a20 |

| 56 | 56 | | school district or charter school as a school security officer may carry a21 |

| 57 | 57 | | concealed handgun onto the real property, or into any improvement22 |

| 58 | 58 | | erected thereon, of a public elementary, middle, junior high, or high23 |
