7771 General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the Senate concurring herein:32
7872 (1) That the portion of Colorado State Highway 115 from Mile33

8276 (2) That the Colorado Department of Transportation may accept3
8377 and expend gifts, grants, and donations for the purposes of the initial4
8478 placement of signs to mark Colorado State Highway 115 from Mile5
8579 Marker 42 to Mile Marker 43 as the "CW3 Scott A. M. Oswell Memorial6

8882 a cooperative agreement with the Board of County Commissioners for El9
