828-HIS ARTICLE 1.9 IS REPEALED,
829-EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2027.
830-SECTION 2. Appropriation. (1) For the 2022-23 state fiscal year,
831-$108,131 is appropriated to the legislative department. This appropriation
832-is from the general fund. To implement this act, the department may use this
833-appropriation as follows:
834-(a) $29,541 for use by the general assembly;
835-(b) $60,255 for use by the legislative council, which amount is based
836-on an assumption that the legislative council will require an additional 0.8
837-FTE; and
838-(c) $18,335 for use by the office of legislative legal services, which
839-amount is based on an assumption that the office will require an additional
840-0.2 FTE.
841-SECTION 3. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
