2323 In current law, if a service member's driver's license expires while
2424 they are serving on active duty outside of Colorado, the driver's license
2525 expiration date is extended for 3 years or until 90 days after the service
2626 member returns to the state. The bill designates the service member's
2727 dependents as also subject to the extension of their driver's license
2828 expiration date.

4439 SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 42-2-118, amend (2);2
