5-ONCERNING THE REPEAL OF THE "INCLUSIVE HIGHER EDUCATION ACT",
6-AND, IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, DECREASING AN APPROPRIATION.
7-Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
8-SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal article 80 of title
9-23.
10-SECTION 2. Appropriation - adjustments to 2025 long bill. To
11-implement this act, the general fund appropriation made in the annual
12-general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the department
13-of higher education for use by the Colorado commission on higher
14-education and higher education special purpose programs for the inclusive
15-higher education grant program is decreased by $450,000.
16-SECTION 3. Effective date. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
17-SECTION 4. Safety clause. The general assembly finds,
18-determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
