10 | | - | SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 20-1-306, amend (2) |

13 | | - | (2) Effective July 1, 2026, the salaries of assistant district attorneys in every |

14 | | - | judicial district of the state as set forth in section 20-1-203 must be paid in |

15 | | - | twelve equal monthly installments of which the state shall contribute fifty |

16 | | - | TWENTY-FIVE percent of the minimum amount required by section 20-1-203 |
