AN ACT CONCERNING STATUTORY AND REGULATORY PROVISIONS RELATING TO RECREATIONAL VEHICLE FRANCHISES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Motor Vehicles shall review the statutory and regulatory provisions relating to franchises for recreational vehicles, as defined in section 14-1 of the general statutes. The commissioner shall submit findings to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to motor vehicles, including any proposed amendments or additions to such provisions, not later than January 12, 2011.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
