2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That sections 12-217jj, 12-217kk and 12-217ll of the general statutes be amended to provide that the tax credits provided to the film industry be extended to the following industries: Alternative energy, life science and medical devices, and nanotechnology.
