AN ACT CONCERNING TAX CREDITS FOR EMERGING NEXT GENERATION TECHNOLOGIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That sections 12-217jj, 12-217kk and 12-217ll of the general statutes be amended to provide that the tax credits provided to the film industry be extended to the following industries: Alternative energy, life science and medical devices, and nanotechnology.
Statement of Purpose:
To expand the film tax credit to emerging next generation technologies.
