2323 AN ACT CONCERNING SUFFICIENT NUMBERS OF BALLOTS AT POLLING PLACES.

2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That chapter 147 of the general statutes be amended to require registrars of voters to procure enough official ballots to ensure that each polling place have at least one official ballot per registered voter assigned to vote at the polling place and that chapter 157 of the general statutes be amended to provide that funds from the Citizens' Election Fund be used to defray costs incurred by municipalities when purchasing ballots.
