(Effective from passage) (a) The Commissioner of Children and Families, in consultation with the Commissioners of Public Safety, Education and Social Services and the Chief Court Administrator, shall convene a working group to study and make recommendations on ways to reduce youth violence. Said working group shall include, but not be limited to, representatives of local law enforcement agencies, providers of services to youths exposed to violence, local boards of education and organizations with expertise in juvenile delinquency or youth violence matters. | |
