2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to limit abusive and oppressive political "robo-calls" by requiring each call to begin with statement by the candidate who is originating the call, or who is supported by the call, in the candidate's own voice, identifying himself and stating the he approves the call.
