(NEW) (Effective July 1, 2011) (a) Any person or entity that owns, operates or maintains a swimming pool or other body of water where swimming is permitted shall prohibit head-first diving in any area of such pool or body of water where the water is less than eight feet in depth. | |

| 30 | - | (b) The use of starting blocks for swimming-related activities shall be limited to competitive swimming events and related training activities overseen by competent personnel. | |
