2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That subdivision (3) of subsection (c) of section 9-608 of the general statutes be amended by clarifying that no treasurer shall be required to obtain and keep more than one certification from each contributor, unless information certified by the contributor, other than when the amount contributed changes.
