2121 AN ACT PERMITTING BUSINESS OWNERS TO REGISTER TO VOTE IN A TOWN IN WHICH THE BUSINESS IS LOCATED.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That title 9 of the general statutes be amended to permit a business owner who owns real property in a town, as part of his or her business, to vote in all elections and referendums in that town, provided the business owner shall also be removed from the registry list in the town in which the owner resides.
