2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That part III of chapter 961 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any person who has successfully completed his or her period of parole and not committed a subsequent crime for a period of ten years shall be automatically entitled to a hearing before the Board of Pardons and Paroles for consideration of the granting of a pardon.
