2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE EMPLOYEES BY REGULATED INDUSTRIES.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 1-84b of the general statutes be amended to permit any former state manager who was laid off from state employment to be employed by an industry regulated by the agency that previously employed such manager, provided such offer of employment is accepted not earlier than six months after such manager is laid off.
