3131 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3333 That chapter 54 of the general statutes be amended to permit boards and commissions to conduct meetings and public hearings, other than contested cases and administrative proceedings, while using on-line software that enables the members of such boards or commissions who are not physically present to participate.
