(NEW) (Effective July 1, 2011) The Department of Higher Education shall require each public institution of higher education and each independent institution of higher education that receives state funding to track the unique identifiers or state assigned student identifiers, which are assigned by the Department of Education to public school students, of all in-state students of such institution until such students graduate from or terminate enrollment at such institution. | |
