25 | 25 | That the general statutes be amended to provide that no person convicted of a violation of sexual assault in the first, second or third degree against a minor may establish a residence on or after the effective date of this act that is within two thousand feet of a public or private elementary or secondary school or a facility providing child day care services. | |
