| 25 | 25 | That section 54-1f of the general statutes be amended to authorize constables who are certified and perform criminal law enforcement duties to arrest, without warrant, any person who has committed or is committing a felony, that section 54-33a of the general statutes be amended to authorize search warrants to be directed to constables who are certified and perform criminal law enforcement duties and that section 53a-130a of the general statutes be amended to provide that the crime of impersonation of a police officer includes impersonation of a constable who performs criminal law enforcement duties. | |
