AN ACT CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TOLLS FOR THE EXTENSION OF ROUTE 11.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2011) The Department of Transportation is authorized to establish tolls for purposes of the extension of Route 11 from Salem to I-95, provided, when an amount equal to the cost of any bonds issued for such construction has been collected, such tolls shall be discontinued.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:
