2626 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

(NEW) (Effective July 1, 2011) On or before January 1, 2015, the Commissioner of Transportation shall convert not less than twenty-five per cent of the state's heavy fleet, including, but not limited to, any tri-axle and diesel powered vehicles, to liquefied natural gas and compressed gas fuel.
