2323 AN ACT CONCERNING TEMPORARY CHANGES TO THE PREVAILING WAGE THRESHOLD.

2525 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2727 That section 31-53 of the general statutes be amended to raise the threshold amount for prevailing wage projects to four hundred thousand dollars for renovations and one million dollars for new projects for all contracts entered between the effective date of this act and January 1, 2015.
