2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBSTITUTE TEACHERS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That subsection (a) of section 10-145 of the general statutes be amended to allow a person who does not hold a bachelor's degree to be able to be employed as a substitute teacher if such person has five or more years of substitute teaching experience.
