2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE MANUFACTURING AND DISPENSING OF WINE BY INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION AS PART OF AN ACADEMIC COURSE.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to allow an institution of higher education to manufacture or dispense wine as part of an academic course in a curriculum established, approved by and under the control of an accredited institution of higher education and located on the premises of such accredited institution.
