2121 AN ACT REQUIRING CERTAIN STATE AGENCIES TO DESIGNATE A MUNICIPAL OMBUDSMAN.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That the general statutes be amended to require each state agency that interacts regularly with municipalities and local officials to designate at least one employee as a "municipal ombudsman" who will be responsible for coordinating matters between such agency and towns.
