AN ACT REQUIRING "WELCOME HOME" MESSAGES FOR RETURNING CONNECTICUT MILITARY UNITS TO BE DISPLAYED ON OVERHEAD HIGHWAY ELECTRONIC SIGN BOARDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That the Department of Transportation shall display, on overhead highway electronic sign boards, messages to "Welcome Home" returning Connecticut military units.
Statement of Purpose:
To "Welcome Home" our returning soldiers.
