2623 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

28-Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2011) The Department of Transportation shall use overhead electronic sign boards located on interstate highways to display, in a manner to be determined by said department, "Welcome Home" messages for Connecticut military units returning from service abroad.
