2421 AN ACT REQUIRING A PARKING LOT AT BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN WHICH CERTAIN AUTOMOBILES WITH OCCUPANTS MAY REMAIN WITHOUT CHARGE.

2623 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

28-Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2011) The Commissioner of Transportation shall establish a parking lot at Bradley International Airport which shall be used only by motor vehicles operated by persons who (1) are meeting a passenger on an airline flight scheduled to arrive at said airport, and (2) who remain with such motor vehicle. No fee shall be charged for the use of such parking lot.
