AN ACT REQUIRING A PARKING LOT AT BRADLEY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IN WHICH CERTAIN AUTOMOBILES WITH OCCUPANTS MAY REMAIN WITHOUT CHARGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (NEW) (Effective October 1, 2011) The Commissioner of Transportation shall establish a parking lot at Bradley International Airport which shall be used only by motor vehicles operated by persons who (1) are meeting a passenger on an airline flight scheduled to arrive at said airport, and (2) who remain with such motor vehicle. No fee shall be charged for the use of such parking lot.
This act shall take effect as follows and shall amend the following sections:

Statement of Purpose:
To require the establishment of a location at Bradley International Airport where people may wait in their vehicles, without charge, for arriving passengers.
