2727 AN ACT CONCERNING THE WAIVER OF FINES AND PENALTIES FOR CERTAIN BUSINESS REGULATION VIOLATIONS.

2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3131 That the general statutes be amended to abate any fine or penalty assessed to a business by a state agency for a first-time violation of a noncriminal regulation when the violating business takes full remedial measures within thirty days of such assessment.
