	24	+	AN ACT CONCERNING A REALLOCATION OF FUNDS WITHIN THE CSUS 2020 INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR RENOVATION OF BULEY LIBRARY.

14	26		Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

16	28		Section 1. Subsection (a) of section 10a-91d of the general statutes is repealed and the following is substituted in lieu thereof (Effective from passage):

18	30		(a) It is hereby determined and found to be in the best interest of this state and the system to establish CSUS 2020 as the efficient and cost-effective course to achieve the objective of renewing, modernizing, enhancing, expanding, acquiring and maintaining the infrastructure of the system, the particular project or projects, each being hereby approved as a project of CSUS 2020, and the presently estimated cost thereof being as follows:
