AN ACT CONCERNING A SWOT ANALYSIS OF THE STATE'S INSURANCE AND FINANCIAL SERVICES CLUSTERS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
Section 1. (Effective from passage) The Department of Economic and Community Development shall, within available appropriations, conduct a strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis of the state's insurance and financial services clusters and report the results of such analysis to the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to commerce on or before February 1, 2012.
