25 | 25 | That section 17b-106 of the 2012 supplement to the general statutes be amended to (1) restore the personal needs allowance to 2010 levels for long-term care facility residents who receive Medicaid and federal Supplemental Security Income Program payments, and (2) add a cost of living allowance of 3.6 per cent, making the new base allowance seventy-one dollars and fifty cents. | |
