(NEW) (Effective from passage) The Commissioner of Consumer Protection, in consultation with the Commissioner of Public Health, shall issue a notice detailing recommended best practices for the safe use of cellular mobile telephone devices. Such notice shall be posted on the Department of Consumer Protection's Internet web site. For purposes of this section, "cellular mobile telephone device" means a portable wireless telephone device that is designed to send or receive transmissions through a cellular radiotelephone service, as defined in 47 CFR 22.99. | |
