2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE REFILL OF PRESCRIPTION DRUGS WHEN THERE IS SEVERE WEATHER.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 20-616 of the general statutes be amended to require a pharmacist to refill a prescription up to two days earlier than indicated by the prescribing practitioner at the request of a patient when a severe weather advisory has been issued for the area in which the pharmacy refilling the prescription is located.
