| 27 | 27 | That the general statutes be amended to require that an amount equal to the amount of any revenue raised from fare increases on bus and rail transportation users in Connecticut be appropriated to the Department of Transportation and used by such department for upgrades to bus and rail service, operations and maintenance. | |
