| 29 | 29 | That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to create a public school education system for grades kindergarten through higher education that will bring together (1) groups responsible for teacher preparation, certification and professional standards, (2) groups responsible for curriculum development, (3) school districts, and (4) public institutions of higher education to produce a framework from which students can learn and become adequately prepared for college and be successful as part of the workforce. | |
