AN ACT CONCERNING INTERNSHIPS FOR MINOR STUDENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That subparagraph (A) of subsection (c) of section 31-23 of the general statutes be amended to remove the Labor Department from the definition of "internship".
Statement of Purpose:
To make the Department of Education the sole agency responsible for approving internship applications.
