AN ACT REPEALING THE FEDERAL, STATE OR MUNICIPAL AGENCY EMPLOYEE LICENSE EXEMPTION FOR CERTAIN TRADES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:
That section 20-340 of the general statutes be amended to remove the federal, state or municipal agency employee licensure exemption.
Statement of Purpose:
To remove the federal, state or municipal employee licensure exemption for certain trades.
