2121 AN ACT CONCERNING COMPLAINTS MADE BY UNIT OWNERS AND TENANTS IN COMMON INTEREST COMMUNITIES.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That section 47-261b of the general statutes be amended to provide that the association of a common interest community may not enact or enforce any rule that requires a complaint by a unit owner or tenant relating to the common interest community to be in writing.
