2121 AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISBARMENT OF ANY ATTORNEY WHO IS CONVICTED OF STEALING CLIENT'S FUNDS.

2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 876 of the general statutes be amended to provide that any attorney who is convicted of a crime that involves the stealing of client's funds shall be permanently disbarred.
