2323 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

2525 That chapter 368a of the general statutes be amended to require the Department of Public Health to study the high rate of breast cancer in Connecticut, and particularly the lower Naugatuck valley area, to identify potential causes and environmental risk factors.
