25 | 25 | That title 19a of the general statutes be amended to require health care providers to notify patients at the time they receive services that their health care information may be included in information reported to the all-payer claims database, as described in section 19a-724 of the general statutes, and allow patients an opportunity to refuse the use of their information for that purpose. | |
