2929 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened:

3131 That chapter 219 of the general statutes be amended to increase the sales tax on food and beverages at restaurants and bars by one per cent, and distribute this increment to municipalities through the municipal revenue sharing account.
